Horse records — passport, microchip, breeding, height, sire, dam, date of birth, rug size, rider weight limit.
Health and treatments — log vet, farrier, dentist and physio visits with notes, practitioner and file attachments per visit.

Bookable lessons & services — generate weekly booking slots for lessons, rides and arena hire; visitors request online, you approve, and they pay by card or your own way.
Card payments into your own Stripe — connect your own Stripe account and clients pay when a booking is confirmed, for lessons, packages, memberships and show entries. The money goes to you, never through us, with no platform fee, and Stripe promo codes work at checkout.
Waivers before the first lesson — attach one of your forms to a service as its waiver and nobody can book until they've accepted it. Change the wording and everyone is asked to sign again.
Booking reminders — an email and app reminder before every confirmed lesson (2 to 48 hours ahead, your choice), with a Pay button if it's still unpaid.
Lesson packages & memberships — sell blocks of lessons with an expiry and memberships with a booking discount. Credits are used up automatically and handed back on a timely cancellation, and members are reminded before theirs runs out.
Show & clinic entries — publish a show, clinic or camp with classes, fees and entry limits. Riders enter and pay online, you draw the running order with start times, and every entrant is sent their times. Entries download as a CSV.
Staff rota — plan shifts by person and day, repeat them or copy last week, and send everyone their week. Time off is requested and approved in the app, and a staff report puts rostered hours next to the tasks, requests, yard jobs, rides and care each person logged.
Riding-school lesson booking — set each instructor's teaching hours, what they teach and the lengths each lesson runs for. Clients pick a day and see the times that are genuinely free, earliest first, with changeover time held between lessons so the diary can't quietly run late. Days off and one-off extra hours are a couple of taps.
The right rider on the right horse — lessons can require a minimum rider grade, so nobody books above their level. Each booking is matched to a school horse on its grade and the rider's weight limit, and every horse can carry a daily workload cap so the willing pony isn't quietly worked into the ground. Times with no suitable horse free are never offered in the first place.
Shareable horse profiles — a safe read-only link (photo, breeding, basics — never passport numbers or health records) to send a buyer or new yard.
