Horsepower vs Paddock Pro
Paddock Pro is horse-farm management sold in modules and tiers — a base set of modules, with racing and breeding modules on the Business edition and above, and plans sized by how many horses (50, 250 or unlimited) and how many user accounts (2, 5 or unlimited) you need. There is a free trial, though pricing is not published on the site. Horsepower does not do modules or user seats: records, treatments with due-date reminders, the shared calendar, feeds, paddocks & turnout, riders, messaging, versioned forms and practitioner logins are all in the one app, invited members are always free no matter the size of the yard, and there are native iOS and Android apps plus GPS ride tracking — free for yards with up to three horses.

Why people switch to Horsepower
- Reliability — hosted in Microsoft Azure UK on a 2025-grade cloud stack.
- 30 years of app experience — built by Worldweaver, a UK studio that's been shipping web and mobile software since the dawn of the web.
- Independent & organic — funded by paying customers, not private equity. No investor pressure to raise prices, sell to a roll-up, or shut features behind a Pro Plus Plus tier.
- Free for small yards & members — yards with up to 3 horses pay nothing; invited members are free no matter the yard size.
- Native iOS & Android apps plus a browser web app. Same data, same login.
- Your data stays yours — records stay readable if you cancel.
