Horsebook is a new equestrian platform from Ghent, Belgium, live since spring 2026 and built by a rider with 35 years in the sport. It aims at the whole sport rather than just the yard: stables, riders, professionals and fans each get a profile, and around the horse sit health records, a master calendar, staff rotas with a time clock, stock, per-horse finance, breeding and stud tools, private sale catalogues with booked trials, leases, a jobs board and a social feed. A yard starts free with two horses and one staff member, or five horses and two staff once its address is verified; Stable Pro is €109 a month for 18 horses and 10 staff, and Stable Elite €209 a month for unlimited, though card payment is listed as coming soon. It installs from the browser rather than the App Store and runs in English and Dutch. Horsepower is built for the day-to-day of livery yards, riding schools and private yards: horse records and treatment reminders, a shared calendar, feeds, fields and turnout on a real map, welfare checks, staff rotas with an optional time clock, private sale and loan pages with trial-ride requests, livery invoicing sent from Horsepower or drafted into Xero or QuickBooks, and lesson booking with card payments into your own Stripe. It's free for up to three horses, £9.99 a month up to twenty and £19.99 above that, everyone you invite is free, and it has native iOS and Android apps in eight languages.
